LECTURE IN THE “OSSETIA” SANATORIUM, VLADIKAVKAZ

A lecture dedicated to the prevention and treatment of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) was held at the Ossetia Sanatorium in Vladikavkaz on December 20. ⠀

The lecture was delivered by Madina Rostislavovna Abaeva, Ph.D.Med., Ophthalmologist.

The lesson was attended by 32 people. ⠀

In the second part of the event, the listeners learned how to self-diagnose the condition of the retina using the Amsler test. ⠀

Each listener was presented with the RetinaFond brochure about AMD with the Amsler test to prevent the development of the disease at home.
